Code of Ethics
As provided for in the Section 3(1)(c) and 3(1)(d) of the Health Professions Act, the College must establish, maintain and enforce a code of ethics for naturopathic doctors.
Standards of Practice
As provided for in the Section 3(1)(c) and 3(1)(d) of the Health Professions Act, the College must establish, maintain and enforce standards of practice for naturopathic doctors. Standards of Practice set out the legal and professional basis for the minimum required practice of naturopathic medicine in Alberta. These standards are used by the College and the profession to evaluate the performance of naturopathic doctors.
